How do I earn points? +
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at either Jungle Kingdom Flower location. Points are added to your account automatically at checkout - just make sure the budtender has your rewards account pulled up.
How do I redeem my points? +
Just let your budtender know you'd like to use your points at checkout. You can redeem 100 points for $5 off, 200 points for $10 off, or 300 points for $15 off. A $50 minimum purchase applies to all point redemptions.
Do my points work at both locations? +
Yes. Your rewards account is linked across both our Bed-Stuy and East Williamsburg stores. Points you earn at one location can be redeemed at either.
Is there a cost to join? +
No. The Jungle Kingdom Flower rewards program is completely free. Sign up online using the form above, or ask any budtender to set you up in-store.
Do my points expire? +
Points stay active as long as your account has activity. If your account is inactive for an extended period, points may expire. Visit either location regularly to keep your points active.
Can I check my points balance? +
Yes. Ask any budtender at checkout and they can look up your current points balance. You'll also receive balance updates via text if you've opted in to notifications.
What is the birthday reward? +
Rewards members receive a special discount during their birthday month. Make sure your birthday is saved on your rewards profile so we can send you the offer.
